October in Mexico City
Centro Histórico and Reforma are the best base for a first visit: the Zócalo, the museums and the grand avenues on foot, with every price of hotel. Roma Norte and Condesa are the most liveable and most enjoyable, with tree-lined streets, cafés and restaurants, though you will use rideshares more. Polanco is quiet, polished and expensive, good for museums and shopping but far from the historic centre's energy.

Send me the trip. I’ll send back the area.
Dates, budget, who’s travelling and the one thing you don’t want to deal with. I’ll answer with a specific base, not a brochure.
