March in Barcelona
Eixample is the most efficient first base: central, well connected and full of restaurants that are not only for tourists. El Born puts medieval streets and evening food at the door, with more noise and tighter lanes. Barceloneta wins if the sea is the point, but it is a neighbourhood of early mornings and crowded afternoons, not a quiet resort.

Send me the trip. I’ll send back the area.
Dates, budget, who’s travelling and the one thing you don’t want to deal with. I’ll answer with a specific base, not a brochure.
